In the book, the four hobbits went back to their home!. Pipin and Merry served in the lands of Gondor and Rohan!. Aragorn went on to rule!. Gimli and Legolas maintained a friendship, visiting each others lands!. Gandalf went his way!. Years later, a ship left for Valinor, never to return!. Among its riders were the bearers of the Elves three rings of power which were Gandalf, Elrond, Galadrial, and the hobbits Bilbo Baggins and Frodo Baggins!. The three remaining hobbits lived successful lives had families and eventually passed away!. Borimir had already died in battle and the remaining eight members of the Fellowship met all together for the last time at the crowning of Aragorn, though some members, especially the hobbits would spend times together!. After the other remaining members of the Fellowship of the Ring died, Gimli and Legolas set sail to join the ones that left for Valinor!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
