Our government has long had secret just-in-case plans in which we invade other countries (like Venezuela)!. They certainly have such plans in the event that a number of Americans were infected with our own or another country's biological weapons!. I guarantee you, we'd be rounded up, experimented on, and exterminated as they saw fit!. Read up on the powers that the President gets under "martial law" and "a state of emergency"!.
They've already done similar things - look up the stuff that the CIA did during the Cold War to Americans (and Canadians) in prisons and mental hospitals - and free citizens, too!. The MK-Ultra experiments, The Tuskegee experiments!. Lots of nasty stuff goes on that most people don't hear about!.
