Question: Why is asian ghosts so scary but american ghosts are not!?
ok, I read the shining book and saw the movie, I watch polstergeist and all other horror classics but they are just good but not scary!. But somehow I find the ghosts in the movies like the grudge terrifying, what is your idea on this!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

I believe because the Japanese are better at messing with our heads!.
They don't just count on special effects or a situation to save them!. You know something is all screwed up, by the sheer signs in American movies whereas the sign is not so clear in Japanese!.
