Absolutely!. In my opinion, one of the best villianous portrayals all-time on screen!. Fiennes is an amzing actor and he did a fabulous job creating this character!. I dont know how Tommy Lee Jones in The Fugitive beat him out for the Best Supporting Actor Oscar that year!.
