Its like any disease, people that got small pox or polio or whooping cough got cared by other people who didn't get the disease!. Some of us have immunity that we don't even know we have!.!.!. remember The Stand the Stephen King movie!? some people got sick and others did not in that movie too!.
It's sad to see M Knight do a move like that, he is a master at the suspense movie, and never showed graphic so I am sad he had to be that way this time!. I wonder why!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

after watching it, i can't believe anyone would ask a question about it, it has to be one of the worst movies ever made!. i watch a lot of movies and over the last year i have probably seen around 300 films, maybe even more and the happening is by far the worst one i've seen and i've seen some bad movies!. there was no structure to it, the plot line sucked ***, the only thing that held it together was the actors and even they struggled to keep you entertained through the most part!. as for the chemical wind, there was absolutely no explanation as to why which again is one of the reasons the film sucked!. there was no real explanation to anything!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
It affected everyone; but just like medicine, for some people it takes longer to 'kick in' (and yeah, maybe some might have been 'equipped' with a resistance to the chemical!.!.!.but EVERYONE affected by the chemical in the movie dies)!.

They thought it only affected threats(people in groups) but it didn't actually explain it!. At the end, they just said the earth was getting revenge on humans for what we did(like global warming and stuff)Www@Enter-QA@Com
