Sceenwriting problem?!

Question: Sceenwriting problem!?
This will be my first feature, and the producer asked me to write the screenplay myself to see my point of view as a director and as practicing as well, then he'll assigne a professional screenwriter!.
now my question is that i have this story full of flashbacks!. but i want the flashbacks to occur during a scene or in the middle of a sentence without having the old flash backs effects!.!. for example going back and forth like the same thing happened but years ago and its all comming back to their heads while they are talking!. Do this flash backs considered a new scene everytime they remember!? I believe the answer is yes, but i want someone to confirm plz!. who's a screenwriter or so!. cuz this is my first time!. and i need a site or a sample of screenplays that has flashbacks and so that i could read to see how it goes!. Thank u so much!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Is this a screenplay or a shooting script!? I think that you can just indicate the flash back effect if it's something like a quick cut in the middle of another scene!. If it's a longer scene, for example, then you start it like a new scene and you can indicate the Voice Over from the present (like a flashback where you can hear the characters from the present scene)!. One of the books I've read, either "Foundations of Screenwriting" or "Screenwriting 101" has a definite answer!.

also, if you've seen a similar thing in another film then you could get the screenplay for that film and see how the writer organized a similar thing!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I'm not sure if that helps!.
Something like that occurs in Arthur Miller's play "The death of a salesman"!.
It's written for a theatre's stage where flashbacks is a difficult technique!. Light and sound effects help!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

i don't think they need to be classed as a separate scene just list when they are happening otherwise you could end up with scenes that only last 5 seconds depending on when you start/end a new scene and then a flashback scene!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
