What is the difference between a movie score and a movie soundtrack?!

Question: What is the difference between a movie score and a movie soundtrack!?
Answers:
A movie score would be special music composed spcifically for that movie!.!.!.the soundtrack would be music used in the movie that has already been created by music artist!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

The score is music that was specifically written for the film - highs and lows at the same points in the movie!. The soundtrack is the score plus any backround music that happens to be playing in the film, including when someone opens a door for a few seconds!. Taken literally, 'soundtrack' can also refer to ALL the sound in a film, including dialogue!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

The music score tends to be any instrumental music used throughout the movie, while I believe the soundtrack tends consist of any song done by an individual artist or group, like Mariah Carey or NickelbackWww@Enter-QA@Com
