It's about a psychologist in a small/medium sized town, whose name starts with an 'M' (I'm pretty sure that's the name of the movie too)!.
The psychologist isn't certified- he's a former IRS agent who got into drugs, and got clean at some remote monastery!. He made friends with some rich kid who founded some company to do pandas!.!.!.Seems like there was a girlfriend in there somewhere <_<Www@Enter-QA@Com
