Does anyone remember this horror movie??!

i remember seeing this scary movie when i was small, around 1995 and it was about a doctor that killed his patients and the main characters were a group of young people and theyre trying to run away from him or something like that!. theres a scene where the patients have their chests cut open and theyre all sitting down in the waiting room, and also there a part before that i think when the friends are in a house and one of them looks through a key hole and pretends to have his eye stabbed but turns out he is just joking!. does anyone know the movie im talking about!?!?Www@Enter-QA@Com
