I need the name of this movie!?!

i watched this movie when i was younger and it scared the crap out of me it was a teen slasher movie!. the killer would play his guitar in it and one of the girls had a pimple on her face and it kept on getting bigger and bigger until her head exploded i cant give u any more help please! thank youWww@Enter-QA@Com
