Are we being narrow-minded when we criticize the actresses for exposing on scree!

Question: Are we being narrow-minded when we criticize the actresses for exposing on screen!?
Those actresses are selling what audiences are buying!. No doubt that sexy actresses do help in bringing audience to the theaters!. Some might argue that good movies don't need this but if all movies were good and driven by stories/directions only, how many of these movies actually need good-lloking actresses!?

Are you telling the actresses to stop being in the stoplight!? If someone tells you to reduce your own importance, would you agree to that!?

Finally, exposure by women who are good-looking generally does have asthetic value!. How many men can claim that they hate to see the actresses exposing!? If they have the body to pull this off, then what is the problem!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

Yes we are being narrow-minded when we criticize the actresses!. Who are we to judge someone's struggle for survival in the film industry!?

Most men do like to see actresses exposing but when someone asks them about it, they pretend to oppose that!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Somewhat narrow-minded, yes!. There's nothing wrong with actresses doing such scenes when they are integral to the story and fit the character being portrayed!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I don't think exposing is so much important, but if exposed then generally, especially women criticize!. So, better not to expose!.

My problem has never been with 'IF' an actress is exposed, it's more over the purpose behind it!. Let's go with Ang Lee's latest, 'Lust, Caution'!. If you didn't see it, it's the story of a girl who infiltrates a powerful war monger's inner circle through sex so that she can assassinate him!.

This movie earned noteriety for being rated NC-17!. The main 'villan' is extrodinarily violent and dominating, and the sex scenes matched his demeanor!. They were very graphic, showing just as much as a soft core pornographic movie!.

I have no problems that the actress chose to show that much of her body!. I did, however, believe that what they showed was unnecessary and closed off a huge potion of their audience before they could even walk into a theatre!.

So bottom line - I agree that's it's about business, but just from a slightly different angle!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
