Does anyone know the title of this movie? (believe it was made in the 80's)?!

There is this movie I saw a while back about a group of teenage boys!. The only part that I really remember is that they or at least one of them wants to lose their virginity so one of them gets the idea to get a prostitute!. Then they all make their round with her and they end up getting crabs!. They heard that they could drown them by sitting in a pool for hours so they try it and it doesn't work, so finally a boy goes to the pharamacy and tried to be discreet and the pharamcists says "Your balls itch!?" and gives him a cream!.
