I really have no idea the name of the song!?!?!?!

i've been wanting to know forever and once heard that it was jimmy hendrix- time!? but there is no song by that name! AND i haven't a clue what the words are but it has a great tune! (and in the background at the end of the song it sounds like people saying time!.!.!.go figure)!. it was in a movie!.!.!.and at the time the song was playing, i think they were walking out of a school!.!.!.!.
