I remember watching a movie in my childhood around 16 years ago!. I don't know the name but I do remember the odd thing which is that there are some scientists who shrink themselves to enter into the blood (via a syringe probably) of a patient whom they attempt to heal!. There's bald guy who turn hysteric and ends up drowning himself in the patient's blood!. That's what I remember
