Answers:
1) When the Joker told Batman where Rachel and Dent were, he switched their locations, so when Batman thought he was rescuing Rachel, he was actually going to rescue Dent!.

2) Batman has a rule never to kill a criminal, so the Joker was just arrested!. Yes, there is scheduled to be another film!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

1)With the Joker in custody, Batman interrogates the Joker until he reveals that Rachel and Dent have been taken to opposite sides of the city, far-enough apart that Batman does not have time to save both of them!. Batman speeds off to save Rachel, while Gordon and the police head after Dent!. Unbeknownst to them, the Joker has switched the locations, sending Batman after Dent and Gordon after Rachel!.

2) Batman did not kill The Joker!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

1) Because the Joker gave him the wrong address!. [Haha, that's meh boy!]
2) NO! The Joker and Batman have a very complex relationship you could say!. As the Joker stated, they really don't want eachother to die because they wouldn't have much to do without the other!. AND Batman is against killing!.!.!.That was the "one rule" The Joker wanted him to break through the entire film!.

Yes, they're working on another but whether they are recasting or simply moving on to another character is unknown at the moment!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

1!. Batman didn't mean to save Harvey Dent!. The Joker switched the addresses, and Batman thought he was going to save Rachel!. Oh that he had!.

2!. No, he didn't kill the Joker; Batman is too good a person to intentionally kill someone!. Who knows if there will be another Joker; it's doubtful, since Ledger's death, and there are so many other villains in the Batman universe anyway!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

1) i think it was because he believed that harvey was the true "hero" and needed to be around to help put the joker and all other crime to rest!. but it still confuses me, cuz i thought he loved the girl, in which case he should've saved her!.

2) i don't think he did cuz his one rule was to never kill any1!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

1!. he meant to save the girl but the joker lied and said the girl was where harvey actuaaly was, he was tricked by the joker
