okay!. So there is a scene with the Mayor, Harvey Dent, Gordon, and Commisioner Loeb!. It's after the scene with all of the suspects getting charged at once in the court room, and right before the guy dressed as Batman hits the window and scares the crap out of everyone!. Okay, so my question is when the Mayor is sitting in the chair what is in his hand!. It's like a black thing and has a metal thing in the middle!? I have no idea what it was!?
