The villians from the dark knight?!

Question: The villians from the dark knight!?
i thought the villians were pretty creative and tragic!.

like harvey dent!. he was a hero to gotham, somone that brought the people hope, which is why it was so tragic to see him turn into two-face, in a way and give over to his vengeful fealings at the 'unfair' world!.
the joker on the other hand, seemed to come from nowhere, had no ties or family, no seeming history or name!. he also appeared to have no plans, motives, wants, and he answered to no one, had no rules!., and there was 'nothing to threaten' him with!. which emphasized his madness i suppose, now thats frightening!.

id like to hear what you guys thought of the villians, even the 'scarecrows' minor appearance in the beginning too!.

I thought that the villains were perfect in the movie the joker was so demonic, terrifying and so insane he almost seemed sanemy favourite scene in it has to be when Gordon becomes comissioner and the joker starts clapping it is amazing how he managed to make people laugh but still keep them terrified, and now I love this scene even more because I just found out that this wasn't scripted and Ledger came up with it completely by himself!.
Two-Face was also very well done, when I heard Harvey Dent was a character I had a feeling two-face would be in the movie (and if not definitely in the next) but even I was taken aback at how torn up his face was (there was a very loud gasp in the cinema when that was shown) I was upset though when I saw that Dent died in the end and obviously Joker can't be in the next after Ledger's death (and I don't think anyone would dare to try to play him after Ledger captured his personality perfectly and I think the character will be left out so Ledger and Ledger alone can be remembered for this character I don't think any actor would want to steal that from him)!.
I found it to be a huge improvement on Begins as I thought that in that the villain just wasn't captivating enough unlike two-face and joker he didn't "radiate" enough fear to be a true villain (don't get me wrong Begins is a great movie)!.
So to round it up I thought the villains were top-notch and I say good luck to the villains in the next movie trying to live up to these iconic ones!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I agre with you, the villians from Batman stand higher than most of the other superheroes, there are more in their backgrounds!. not just mad scientists or mutants trying to dominate the world!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

the joker was perfect!.!.!. the make-up, the way he licked his lips, and his attitude was 100 % perfect!!Www@Enter-QA@Com

yeah, they really did that well!. That was the best movie I ever saw, Iron Man is second!. The joker wanted to see the city go into ChaosWww@Enter-QA@Com

its funny, as soon as i saw harvey dent and that coin of his, i knew he would be two-face ahah

the joker was very insane!. but he did have motives, i suppose, in how own twisted way!. he wanted to get rid of batman, to help the criminals!. i think he said he wanted there to be more madness within gotham city!. sounds a little out there, but then again, so is the joker!.

and i dont think the joker is out, because he didnt die!. and he could easily escape from jail, since thats probably where they put him!. but how will that work out, heath ledger won't be the one to play him :(Www@Enter-QA@Com

See, it seems to me that everything about Batman is more grown up and sophisticated than the other comic book heroes!. I liked the scarecrow in the first movie b/c he didn't seem to realize that he was being used, and when he found out, he didn't care!. HE was the classic "mad-scientist guy"!.
also from the first movie, Rhaz Al Gul was an auesome villain b/c he did what he did with a completely sane mind!. In a very rare case when dealing with super villains, he was unstoppable and terrifying, not because of his INsanity, but b/c he was sane!! Now that's just creepy!.
The joker was also unstoppable, unreachable whatever type of guy who was scary because he was insane and therefore could not be reached by any means because he was past the point of caring!. he had an evil, by-any-means-necessary one track mind that was like a bolder rolling strait towards you: you can run, but if you run, it will still eventually catch up with you!. The only thing you can do is get out of it's way, or blow it up!.
Two face was tragic!. He was insane, though, but he was brought to that level after being a completely sane person!. He still saw some proof that he wasn't completely lost(the way Joker was) by the fact that he wouldn't kill EVERYONE!. He left part of that decision up to chance!. You felt more sorry for him than you did afraid of him!.
The mob boss was the cliche of most mob bosses!. I guess he was scary, w/e!.
All the villains were insane except Rhaz Al Gul, and he was the one that scared me the most!. So I guess that I'm scared more by competent Villains than incompetent ones!.
Hope this helps!Www@Enter-QA@Com
