i saw this movie but ending was not clear!.!.!.what was the ending!.!.!.i saw the part that she escaped!.!.!.then wht!?i have doubts too !.!.!.like y did the locals prohibit them from leaving!? why were they putting powder on the floor!? why did they kill their own little boy!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

The ruins were infested with the killer plants!. The local people were putting salt around the ruins to keep the plants from crossing and getting into the rest of the jungle!. They killed the boy because he was touched by the plant when the girl threw it at him!. Apparently anyone who touched them plants was infected (at least in the minds of the locals)!. I don't guess this was true or the girl who escaped would be infected also!. Maybe this will be part 2!. also the other guys that had been invited to come to the ruins showed up at the end!. So they will probably be kept captive there by the local people until the plants kill them too!.

the group of Americans were on vacation!. once they made contact with the sacred Mayan ruins, they had to be quarantined!. i guess even one of their own would die if they contacted the ruins!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
