It was released in January of 2005 - I've not seen it in "real" stores in ages!.!.!.!.!.!.
There are new (& used) copies on Amazon!.com & eBay, but I don't know where else you could find it!.!.!.!.!.

You could try Half Price Books or some similar second-hand book store!. They might also have copies for sale at your local library!. It will be very difficult to find copies of movies that are in the Disney vault at traditional brick and mortar stores!. Even though you say no websites, I think your best chance is eBay or Amazon!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Bestbuy has a gigantic selection of DVD's!. They are good about keeping old movies in stock too!. You could also go to a Vintage Stock store!. They have tons of old VHS's and it's probably more popular on VHS!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
