What happened to the Joker in the end, he just kinda vanished, from the film, tied upside down outside that building!?
Was there a death scene for the Joker that they cut, was he expected to return in the third part (if there is one)

No!. He didnt die!. And they didnt cut out a scene!. Thats just how it ends!. He was left for the S!.W!.A!.T!. team to "capture"!. Not that that will stop him or anything!. But he wont be coming back!. I doubt they would replace Heath!. But there is a third!. Christian Bale if signed on for 3 movies!. The villian in the next movie will probably The Penguin,Catwoman, or The Riddler!. Or Two Face!. No one Actualy declared him dead!. He was just laying there!. And Batman doesnt kill!. He believes in justice, not revenge!. But there will definetly be no "Robin"!. Neither Christian nor C!.Nolan like the idea of a Robin in the movie!. I guess they think its kind of lame!. And I agree!. I dont like the whole idea of sidekicks!. Its kid-ish!. Anyway, AWESOME movie and i cant wait for the third!Www@Enter-QA@Com
Its presumed the Joker was locked up in Arkham!. However, if they intend to stick to comic book continuity then the Joker will only escape the asylum in a few days time!.
I am unsure of any cut death scenes with Joker!. Its possible!. I mean we're talking about a character who (in comics) has a body count of over 2,000!. But I don't know that they went that way in the film!.

No, he was just left there for the police to catch him!.
I was suspicious, I thought that he has gotten out of jail once, of course he can do it again!.
But that would have probably been in the next movie, but they cannot replace the joker!.

From what I've read on here Ledger was signed for another movie!. Anyway though Batman doesn't kill people, so unless the cops killed Joker he wasn't going to die!. I figured he was just going to be taken in to Arkham Asylum!. Joker is too major of a villain in Batman to kill him!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
