Dude, I'm sorry to say, but that's a really narrow-minded comment you've made!. Unless there is any other reason the movie is boring to you and you have nothing to back that up but with your own opinion, ALL it is is your opinion, some like things, some don't!.
Anyway, I was one of the many that thought it was brilliant!. If you would take the time to pay attention to the story (which is very tragic and relates you as well) and all the deep character portrayals within it, instead of coming in drooling for a dried up story with nothing but NON-STOP action with no character development or message whatsoever, you might have actually enjoyed it!.
And Ledger winning the Oscar a real joke!? Is there some kind of evidence to support that dense statement or are you just trying to get the people who think he worked his butt off enough peeved!?!?
