When Joker asked the cop "how many of your friends have I killed", and Joker mouths the word six back
and then it would have to be when Joker is describing why he likes to use a knife rather than any other weapon!. "because it's so much more personal"

the funniest quote was when the joker was being questioned by batman, but it was also hilarious when the joker made the pencil "dissapear"
