WB said there's an added scene that wasn't in the book!. It's the Death Eaters attacking the Burrow!. I think thats whats she's doing, because if you look closely you can see people moving in the background, like they're circling her!.

The scene though is a new attack scene added in the movie for more action and to show that the world is not safe!.
