The Joker doesn't get nervous!. He's got nothing to loose if he dies!. He licks his lips to emphasis his scars!. And because they are there his mouth is usually open and probably dries out!. He shakes to make himself seem just a little bit crazier!. If that's possible!. That's just who he is!. The Joker has a lot of mannerisms that make him who he is!. (especially heath's version) I guess we'll never know for sure!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
