Has anyone seen this movie? If so do you know what it is called?!

OK i have never seen the movie but it sounded really good so now i want to see it but i do not know the name of it!. I think its about a boy whos like a total loser and gets expelled from his school, when he goes to a new school he decides to change his image and become popular!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
