Nolan wants those Villains who doesn't have powers like Catwoman & The Riddler,i heard Johnny Depp will play as The Riddler (this role really fits to him) did you notice!? at Batman Begins the villains are Ras Al Gul & Scarecrow (both of them has no powers) The Dark Knight villains were Two Face & The Joker (they also have no powers) so the next Batman Film would be Catwoman & The Riddler as The Villains (cuz both of them also has no powers) Nolan wants this film to be a Realistic Superhero Movie (with out those effects of Power) which will make Batman a very unique movie sequelWww@Enter-QA@Com
Seymour-Hoffman as Penguin was a rumor for The Dark Knight, just like Paul Bettany as The Joker!.
Rumor has it, it will be a direct continuation of The Dark Knight and Two Face will be the main villain, but The Riddler will be making an appearance (Gary Oldman (pretty much) says so!)!. Rumor also has it Robin will be there too (I'm not excited about that (but with the last two movies made how they were it might turn out great!)) The third film apparently will be referencing to the graphic novels The Long Halloween and Dark Victory!.

Two-Face didn't die i the movie, his coin landed on the unscarred side it means that he survives!. I think that Reese guy could become the Riddler ( although Riddler's real name is Edward Nygma) , I don't want Catwoman to be in the next movie ( the character will look stupid in Nolan's dark movies )!.
I think Two-Face and Riddler should be the villains ( not like Batman Forever ) and the name of the movie should be " A Two Sided Story "!.

Some of the stuff I've read about any new sequels seems to indicate that they'll steer away from the villains that were used in the previous movies, like catwoman and penguin!. We may see Scarecrow and 2 face again, but how and with whom is open to question!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
