Question: Do you know the name to this movie!?
I have literally searched thousands of internet pages, did multiple searches, and searched through several databases but I can't seem to find the name to this movie!.
I only know a few things about the movie, snapshots of scenes that I remember!.
It starts out with this teen boy who is working on a computer, I think he is at school!. Its night and its storming outside, lots of lightning and such!. I can't remember why, but he goes to the plug for the computer and thats when lightning strikes!. I believe he becomes unconscious for a moment!. When he comes to he has the entire internet downloaded into his brain!.
While walking through the city, I think its a city!.!.!., he spots this one man, inadvertently does a internet search on his face and finds him on a most wanted thing!. He calls the police and they apprehend the man!.
Lastly, the kid was participating in a scholatholan (I believe thats what they called it) and he was winning!. During a break another kid, I believe the enemy in this case, phones him and plays a series of tones that acted like a virus effectively wiping his new found super intelligence!.
