Question: Theme of The Dark Knight!?
What do you think is the theme of The Dark Knight!?
I know it could be something like you need good and evil in this world, but what else could there be!? I didn't understand what Gordon said last to his son, about The Dark Knight!. What did it mean!?

I don't think it's anything deeper than the observation that he isn't perfect and certainly isn't going to change the Gotham cityscape on his own!. Taking into account all his personality flaws and unconventional methods; Batman is hardly a perfect hero!.
As for the theme, I think it is how delicate a balance there is between good and evil!. With reference to the yin-yang, Dark cannot exist without light (both elements are found in The Joker/ Batman)!. Namely, they complete one another!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
