Hulu!.com carries movies and TV shows online (legally) but not anything which hasn't already been in theatres!.
Big movie studios take extensive measures to ensure films don't show up online BEFORE their release dates!. They encode identifying data into screener copies, so if bootlegs appear on pirates sites and P2P networks, they know which copy was leaked and who had access!.
But for smaller independent films which haven't managed to get into theatres yet, there are sites (see links below)
Theater box-office results are the life's blood for any movie- the amount determines whether sequels get made, whether writers and directors get additional work, etc!.

the ones on the internet are bad quality if i were you id go to a chinese mall somewhere!. they have movies in english that haven't come out yet and they sell them for like, depending on store somwhere between 20- 10 dollars for 10 movies
