My opinion is that Ledger did a perfect and movie is excellent, but without him, the movie would be just good!.

Heath Ledger's death did put a spotlight on the movie, however, the movie really is that good!. Its not just a comic book movie!. "The Dark Knight" is a thought provoking film that debates the nature of, and need for a hero!.

-The triumph of evil over good (“You either die a hero, or you live long enough to see yourself become the villain!.”)

I really enjoyed the movie!. His death doesn't make it any better or worse!. He played an awesome joker, and the rest of the cast was really good as well!. I don't think it was overrated at all!. I don't think Shawshank Redemption was as good of a movie as The Dark Knight!. Batman has always been popular and always will be, but won't be near as good now that Heath won't be playing Joker in the future!Www@Enter-QA@Com
I agree!. Heath Ledger's death had a huge impact on the movie's ratings!. I'll admit that the movie was entertaining, but definitely does not deserve half of the praise it gets!.

the death has nothing to do with how good the movie is, the movie is excellent and is the best comic book movie to date!. however i disagree with the comment that without ledger this movie would be just as good, without ledger we wouldnt have had an amazing joker who stole the show!. this has nothing to do with heaths death though!.

there was so much hype about the movie before it came out, and that is basically because of heath!.!. anyone that is telling you that heath's death had no contribution to the success of the movie is wrong!.!. i saw it at midnight that first night, and def!. wouldn't have without all the hype from ledger's death, as wrong as that sounds!.!.

The IMDB top 250 is wack it seems like almost every new movie that's released ends up on there so I wouldn't use that to judge the quality of a film just my opinion though!. And yes it was a good movie and I enjoyed Ledger's performance the most in the film!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
