Im in middle school and on monday my mom is going to drop me and my friend off at the movies to see Mirrors but will my mom have to see it with us or can she just go in and tell them that shes alowing us to see it then leave!?ive seen rated R movies before but it was always with her!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

This is pretty tricky!. I think your mom has to buy the ticket and accompany you and your friends!. It only make sense because they wont allow people underage to watch the rated r movie without guardians bc of the mature content in it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
She can purchase the tickets with you, walk you in, and then she can leave the theater!. Once you're in your seats, she can leave!. Unless your theater has people checking tickets, but other than that, nobody is going to come in the middle of the movie and ask where your parent is!. The "R" rating means under 17 not allowed WITHOUT parent or guardian!. It means she would have to buy a ticket and accompany you, unless there's someone else over 18 who wants to chaperone!.

she doesn't have to go w/ you, but she has to go in and buy your tickets for you!. they just need to know that you've been given permission so they do that by making a parent buy the tickets!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
