The opening setup of the movie has an initiation of sex between the to-be step parents!. Like someone else said, there is a viewing of will ferrel's "balls" and its not for 2 seconds either, and there was more than enough cursing!. But anyways, do you really have to ask!? whenever you're curious you could always look up the rating!. That's what I do :D
