Nah!. I was watching a film called "Indie Sex" on IFC last night, and while the Porky's movies proved popular, the genre already existed long before the Porky's movies were around!. Just take a look at 1936's Reefer Madness if you want to get closer to origins of raunchy teen flicks! And that one is just the tip of the iceberg!
However, I agree that Porky's was an important step into the mainstream for the raunchy teen flicks!.
