Are you kidding me!? The Dark Knight is the best movie to come along in
ages, the late Heath Ledger's performance was brilliant, he portrayed the joker, like it's never been seen before!. The directions of Christopher Nolan is solid, he is a great director, and he was born to make his own Batman series, Batman Begins was one of the best movies anybody had seen in a while, that is of course until Dark Knight came up, Nolan has his own dark style, which makes the film very deeply moving, it moves the plot better, and that interrogation scene was one of the most amazingly directed scenes ive ever seen!. You got a cast with names like Christian Bale, Heath Ledger, Maggie Gyllenhall, Gary Oldman, Morgan Freeman, and Aaron Eckhart, and it IS! a great movie, why wouldn't it be hyped!?! The films was a stunner, like no other this film went farther than most films do!. it's brilliant, dark, funny, scary, violent and very fun, it is the best superhero movie ever made, and it is one of the best crime movies ever, its right along there with Heat and The DepartedWww@Enter-QA@Com

I did not care it as it truly was too "dark" for a Batman movie!.!.!.Batman has always been a likable, albeit, cartoonish character, in the past and something kids can relate to and whined to have action figure of!.
For the love of God, who in their right mind would buy their 4 year old an "Two-Faced" action figure from the new movie, or even let them watch it knowing the content!
I took my 15 year old to see it and had to keep explaining the plot; I would never want a child under the age of 12 to see this film as I know my son would have had nightmares if he viewed it a younger age, yet it is marketed to the comic book audience!.!.!.!.
If it were a different movie, not a "Batman" one, one that was rated "R" with such selfish, self-serving, ahilitical, horrid characters, I might not be as applauded as I am!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

i think it has been over publicized and so people go in with a high expectation!. i thoroughly enjoyed and so have a lot of reporters and reviewers who have raved about it to persuade people to see it so it is natural that people think that it should be better than what it is!. but that's just their opinion and everyone is entitled to their own!.
