My first thought was Timothy Leary!. Even though his hand gesture could mean 'Time Out' it could be T for Timothy or for his famous phrase: "Turn On, Tune In, Drop Out"!. And both Andrew & Ben have spoken on record of their use of Acid!. See links below for better pic comparison & info!.
