Not sure because I saw this at a young age, so my memory is fuzzy!. So anyway it went one or two ways!.
1!.) A man kills his wife or someone of importance and bakes them in a pie!. I'm picturing an Indian in my mind for some reason, so I guess he's either a spirit or he ran over the Indian earlier in the movie and he haunts the man!. At the movie's end, the man feeds his son the pie!. Which the son thinks is apple, but it's really blood!.

Billy Halleck (Robert John Burke), a 300-pound lawyer, is driving home from a celebration when he is distracted by the~ahem~attentions of his wife, Heidi (Lucinda Jenney)), while driving through town, the car hitting and killing Suzanne Lempke (Irma St!. Paule)!. It turns out that Suzanne was the daughter of gypsy Chieftain Tedzu Lempke (Michael Contantine), whose caravan is passing through town!.
Having the right connections by knowing the judge who's presiding on his case, Billy is found not guilty!. Then, Billy's troubles really begin!. An outraged Tedzu puts a curse on not only Billy by touching him and whispering, "Thinner" but also on Judge Cary Rossington (John Horton)!. Billy who's been trying to lose weight for years ends up getting his wish but not exactly the way he hoped it would be! !.!.!. Feeling wonderful at first, Billy soon realizes that something just isn't right with him dropping from an obese 300 to under 100 pounds in a matter of weeks! His search for a cure begins!.
