Question: Does anyone know why Mamma Mia is rated PG-13!?
I want to take my 8 year old daughter to Mamma Mia but am wondering if it's appropriate!. It has a PG-13 rating and I'm wondering why!.!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Well, I haven't seen it yet but I'm sure that's mostly for theme and according to the MPAA they rated it PG 13 because of some sexual comments!. I mean I'm sure there will be some sexual humour, but not too crude considering the story line is about a girl who's getting married and wants her father to be there but her mom doesn't know which of 3 men is her father!. That might be difficult to explain to an 8 year old, but you'd have to use your own judgment!. You can look on the MPAA website to get more details about why films might be rated PG 13!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
