in the interview I saw of lucas, he said he really wanted to do the type of movies he wants to do, and to me it showed!. the last three did not have the storytelling and depth that the original epi's had!.it really seemed it was just something he HAD to finish, and wanted to get it over with, not something he was really enjoying!. if you could combine the special effects of today and combined them w/ lucas direction and storytelling of long ago, wow!.!.!. anyway, I do think that he is done with star wars (non animated) but maybe he sells the rights for someone else to do another epi!?!?!?!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

in 1995 Lucas looked at Zaghn's "Heir to the Empire" book series and said that it would be his first choice for Ep 7-9
also i know that a guy ran into lucas in 2005 soon after Ep 3 came out and asked Lucas if Ep 3 was the last movie, and he said that if he ever was to do another movie (not including this animated stuff)
he would love to do the end of the Sith Wars 800 years before Ep 1 where yoda helps win it!.

I'd say probably not from the rise of the empire or the rebellion, but perhaps from the old republic or new republic eras!. I'd love to see it!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
