that actually happens all the time!. most of the time they continue filming if it's safe for the actress, but sometimes they end up recasting the role if it's a movie!. in tv shows they usually just hide it or write it into the show!. like with Phoebe on FRIENDS!. lisa kudrow was actually pregnant!.
