Question: Harry Potter fans: worst and best so far of the films and why!?
Feel free to rant as much as you like!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Worst: Prisoner of Azkaban

It didn't even come close to resembling the book what so ever!. Especially since Senior Speilburgo the non-union-mexican-equivillant-director chose to not include the actual PLOT! Any person who claims to be a Potter fan and then says this is their favourite film is a moron!. The guy didn't bother to read the books nor even see the previous two films!. The MASSIVE continuity differences between the other films were shocking, as were the changes to cast (mostly the neglecting of the ones we had seen from prior films!.) The fact that the maruders map was left unexplained and thus the origins or Harry's corporeal patronus didn't make sense what so ever!. As I said, anyone who claims to be a potter fan and likes this film despite the lack of plot is an idiot!.

Phoenix also sucked!.

Best: Goblet of Fire (chamber a close second)
I could live with the changes made in this one, I knew from the size of the book some stuff had to be cut, but I could live with it!. Visually speaking Goblet came closest to how I imagined the world to be and there was a lot more of a magic feel to the whole piece!. The only thing that really let it down in my mind was non-canon-Nigel!. Www@Enter-QA@Com

The first one - Philosophers stone i think is the best!. I think that one is the best because the actors/actresses' actually look the age they are meant to be in the film! In the later films they all look too old and don't look like they are meant to be in school! also the first one was the one everyone was waiting for and it definitely lived up to what was expected of it as it was quite scary when it first came out as that was the first time you saw voldemort right at the end when the turban was being taken off!. So definitely the first one I think for the best!.!.!.!. not so sure on the worst as they are all filmed very professionally and the animation with humans is excellent!. Www@Enter-QA@Com

To be honest didn't like any of the films, much of the background leading up to the events are left out, huge gaps are left in continuity and to be honest they're all too old to be playing the characters now!. Love the later books though because the characters are far more rounded and believable in their ways!. To be honest I've always found Harry Potter a bit of a goody goody lol!. Much prefer the bad boys in the series!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Right!.!.!.!.the first two films were pretty good I thought seeing as they stuck close to the plot and didn't leave (too much) out!. The actor that played Dumbledore (Richard Harris, I think) was also brilliant and looked exactly like the description!.
I think the worst film has got to be the most recent Order of the Phoenix film, they missed so much out! It was terrible!. I saw it on the day it came out and was really disappointed!.
The films are NOTHING compared to the books, I think they put the books to shame!.!.!.
Oh and the music by John Williams was amazing for the first few films, I dont know why they didnt use it for the others!.!.!.the replacement soundtracks were terrible!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Oh don't tell me to rant or I'll be here for hours

Best movie:
Well, I can't really chose a best movie because the books were amazing for me and they always leave out some stuff that djsut doesn't make the film as good, but if I had to chose a best one it would be Prisoner of Azkaban, mostly because they really got the essence of the book caught in it and the story just flowed like none of the others did because of missing pieces and also during the book you could tell it was a very dark book with grey and dark settings which they showed in the movie and got it spot on!.

My least favourite:
Well this one is pretty easy, I would have to be Order of the Phoenix, they left so much of the story out, so many Umbridge things just didn't make sense, and they missed out loads of punishments and changed loads of stuff, like it was Marietta who told Umbridge in the book, but it was Cho in the move!. I went in with high expectations with the film because I loved the book and came out disappointed because of the way they skipped chapters at a time and how much the cut out of the ministry sceneWww@Enter-QA@Com

I really don't have a favourite Harry Potter movie, but I think maybe the last one was alright!. I have a favourite moment though!.!.!.when Emma Watson says 'jeremy cricket' in Philosophers Stone - she sounds so young! ;)

The worst movie was definitely Goblet of Fire!. They cut out about 5 million chapters from the beginning of the book which really annoyed me!. But all the guys' had very good hair, which maybe redeems it a little bit!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

Well, i feel as the movies go on, the films get better!.

They certaintly get darker though!.

However, i really did like the 3rd and 5th the best, but can't wait to see the 6th!.

I guess all of the films seem to be quite different from each other, as different directors have done some of them, so it is quite hard to choose between them

Im more upset with the fact we have to wait until next July for the 6th movie! :( Www@Enter-QA@Com

I thought the worst one was the latest one out, hp and the order of the phoenix!. I thought it got boring at time!. I also didn't like the forth one that much!. I thought the first three were all good, my favorite being hp and the prisoner of azkaban!. In general though, I thought all of the books have been better than their corresponding movie!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Best Prisoner of Azkaban, really kept to the story was susspensfull very enjoyabe the darkness was there

Worst Order of the phoenix, i expect sooo much more fromt that movie did they even read the book !? the voldemort dumbledor battle was pathetic i just dont think it captured my imagination the way the book did very poor indeedWww@Enter-QA@Com

I love the first one because Ron looks so cute in that (as in baby cute)!. Oh and the third one I love because thats my fave book!. also it was the closest one to the book!. I don't really like the fourth one because thats the book I like least and even though I've seen that film twice I hardly remember watching it so it didn't stick in my mind which is just awful!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

best- prisoner of Azkaban it totally stuck to the book so it went well, my fav out of all the 3 movies!.

worst- the order of the Phoenix, it was very boring at times did not have any connection between each scene a total disaster!

the books( all 7) i loved!!!Www@Enter-QA@Com

the 1st one is bad cus they look too young and noone can really act but the last one ended pretty bad!. i hate how they changed the school after the first and second movie, like there was just a new school and new settings, but i guess it worked ok!. good movies and good books!. cant believe have to wait even longer now for the newest movie!!Www@Enter-QA@Com

I'm taking the whole family to see Twilight in spite of WB!.

I feel so frustrated as do most Potter fans so I'm boycotting WB and there companies (TV,Video Games and all) and I’m taking this opportunity to promote these Potter “cover-fiction” stories!.

The story continues
Maybe it will help you wait

ON THE OTHER HAND
AHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!WarnerBros SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’M DONE WITH ANYTHING THEY PUT OUT!. I’M FINISH WITH THEM!. You guys can wait for Half-Blood Prince to come out next summer!. I’m not waiting for anything they have anymore!. Www@Enter-QA@Com

Azkaban - This was the point when the films really stepped up a gear in terms of style!. I think Half Blood Prince will be good and definitely looking forward to Deathly Hallows!.

The first two were definitely aimed at a younger audience like the books!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Worst of the films - Order of the Phoenix, rubbish ending and rubbish storyline!.

Best of the Films - Probably Prizoner of Azkaban!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

worst- second!. Absoloutely hated the way they captured it, rather boring!.

best- either third or fifth!. They are my favourite books and the movies stayed very faithful to the book!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Best- Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire!.!.!. because of the yule ball
Worst- Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban!.!. coz Voldemort didn`t appear on this movie!.!.it has no thrill

P!.S!.
I love all of them
:]Www@Enter-QA@Com

Chamber of Secrets is worst and after that they just keep getting better as films even if the books didn't necessarily get better!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

They're all lame compared to the books!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Don't watchWww@Enter-QA@Com
