If I only liked the Hulk TV show and have never read the comic book will I like !

Question: If I only liked the Hulk TV show and have never read the comic book will I like "The Incredible Hulk" movie!?
I grew up watching the TV series with Lou as the Hulk!. I like the idea of him being a really big strong guy, but I really hated the first movie that turned him into a CGI monster!. So, I have avoided the new movie since it looks like pure CGI again!. I hear good things about it, but I wonder if I would like it since I have no experience with the Comic Book version the Hulk!. Opinions!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

You'll likely enjoy "The Incredible Hulk" because it is much more like the television version than the Hulk's convoluted history in comics!. The emphasis is on Dr!. Banner's problem, and you need no special knowledge of anything that isn't explained in the movie!. Granted, the images of the Hulk are created using CGI effects, but they are done much better than the effects in Ang Lee's "Hulk" movie and the Hulk is also of a consistant size (the thing that disturbed me most about Lee's "Hulk" movie was that the Hulk seemed to keep growing)!.

The storyline is much better than the storyline in Ang Lee's "Hulk" movie and the acting is first rate!. You should enjoy "The Incredible Hulk" a good deal!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Yeah I grew up watching the TV series too!.

HATED the first Hulk movie but have to say really liked the second movie (they sort of started from scratch again and Ed Norton is excellent as Banner) and I never read the comics!.

There were a few nice nods to the TV series - watch out for them!
(Yes there's a lot of CGI but it works better than in the first movie) Www@Enter-QA@Com

The Incredible Hulk was great!
I hated the 2003 movie, it was just awful!.
I actually always hated the Hulk, I thought he was just an idiot and never liked his character!. But seeing the new movie, I really like him!. Edward Norton did a fantastic job!. So I would say you would like it!.
Lou Ferrigno makes a cameo as well!. It's pretty funny!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Yes, but don't get it confused with the Ang Lee film!. Avoid that one!Www@Enter-QA@Com
