OK - hear me out!. Why is it that something like Star Wars, which made a lot of money and a lot of sequels, is considered geeky when other blockbusters like Titanic and Batman and Indiana Jones aren't!? Just because it takes place in space!? Is that it!? To me, Titanic and Star Wars are the same thing: big movies that made a lot of money that everybody has seen!.

well i totally agree!! i mean Indiana Jones is like almost the same adventure thing so y is Star Wars nerdy well i guess it is cause its in space but also cause most people who really like it have action figurers, T-shirts, and r obussed with it but i understand how its not!. i think its ok to like Star Wars but if u take it over the top then thats y people start thinking of u as "nerdy"!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
i think its because its all completely made up, like it took alot of imagination to think of everything in it, all the creatures and planets and everything!. Titanic is based off a true story and movies like Batman are just your adverage superhero movie story line and Indiana Jones is fun but not really that original!. I think the reason people can consider it geeky is because some ppl get so wrapped up in it!. Star Wars is a whole different world!. they know absolutly every little detail and what does what and who like random ppl are and they read books and play games about star wars and they act like the ppl from the movie and go to conventions and just take the whole thing overboard when a movie like titanic yeah it sold alot but ppl dont go crazy over the whole idea!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
