The writer could have done it that they weren't related but don't forget that they were marooned on the island as young children!. I don't think being cousins and having a sexual/romantic relationship was a sin in their eyes, all they had was each other esp if the only adult didn't tell them anything about it as he ended up dying!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
