Help with the name of a movie? You probably know it. 10PTS?!

I think it takes place on another world!. I know its snowing and its about humans living in a fortress and they are getting killed by androids that look human!. They have to figure out which ones are androids!. The leader of the humans takes a party and leaves for some reason and while he is gone those left let a killer android in b/c they think it is human and they are trying to help!. The leader figures out that the androids pose as humans and trys to radio back but it is static!. He still manages to hear that they let someone in and he screams at the radio but he doesn't get to tell them!. Anyway the party meets a child and he brings the child with them!. Everybody in the leaders party get killed when the child turns out to be a robot!. The last scene is the leader flying off the planet in his ship and he brought along the child's doll!. He is relaxing and the final scene is of the doll starting to move so you know it was a robot 2 and you assume he was going to die!. It came out I think in the early 90s!. also they named the robots in order of how advanced they were with a numbering system!. Any ideas!?!? Ive had this movie in my head for 10 years and I would love to see it again!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
