(4) There are talks about three possible villains: (a) The Riddler, (b) The Penguin and (c) Cat-woman!. The three actors wanted for the roles, or have been suggested for the roles rather, are Johnny Deep for the performance of the Riddler!. Phillip Seymour Hoffman for the Penguin and Angie Jolie for Cat-woman!. I'm favoring the riddler because I believe that Christopher Nolan can really bring out another very twisted character and I believe Johnny Deep can pull it off acting it out!. However, Phillip Seymour Hoffman is a superb actor!. Talks about Angie as the Cat-woman has severely disappointed me!. If they choose this actress for the role expect and diluted third film!. also, the cat-woman isn't the kind of villain the new Batman series deserves!. The films are more "dark" and the characters like the Joker, Scarecrow, and the Riddler I think suit the films "darkness" best!. The cat-woman is just a hot thief who usually remains neutral!. She doesn't seem to be insane like some of the other foes Batman faces!. Plus, she isn't looking to change the balances of things either like the Joker is trying to do!. However, the problem with the Riddler is that he only wants to prove to Batman that he is smarter and more intelligent of the two!. He rarely ever kills someone!. So, don't expect (unless Nolan changes somethings about the character) for big explosions and fight scenes as with the Joker!. However, he will definitely be twisted like the Joker!.
