What is this movie????!

I remember seeing this movie a while ago, im sure it was made in the 80s or possibly early 90s, but here it goes!.!.!.it's about a teenage girl in high school who isn't popular and she finds a necklace or pendulant(sp!?) from a teacher or someone and this fortune teller puts a spell on it and when she wears it, she becomes the most popular girl in school!.!.!.!.im trying to find this for my sister, i appreciate all of your help!Www@Enter-QA@Com
