I've heard of this movie before, but the only words from it are "I'm an American and I'm god d#mn proud of it!."
Or something like that--It's an older movie about government conspiracies, corruption, etc!.
It sort of sounds like the guy in V for Vendetta on the broadcasting network when he's watching himself on tv in the shower saying "I'm god d#mn proud of it!."
