If there is something wrong in your movie, DO NOT COMFRONT THE PERSON, go to the concession stand or an usher, and they will seek out management!. We will go into the theatre and depending on the situation, we will first give them a warning!.!.!.!. If the situation persists then we will ask them to leave and compensate them for the loss!.!.!.!.We try to plase both parties!. Parents are SUPPOSED to take fussy and crying babies into the lobby or hallway to get away from distracting the other movie goers!. Unfortunately, parents aren't too practical when it comes to this!. They want to watch the movie so bad that they avoid getting a babysitter!.

I KNOW first hand some situations that I have gotten into with customers and I have seen customers go after other customers in the theatre when they try to intercede and it is just better if you get a manager!.!.!. Ushers can help out to, but managers are trained for all situations and if is does escalate into something, we can handle it!.

There are rules that we abide by in a movie!.!.!.!.!.

NO!.!.!.!.!.
cell phones
texting
blue tooths
child problems!.!.!.(running, screaming, crying, fussing_)
people talking in a film
phone calls
minors sneeking into an R movie

We normally send ushers in twice and they look for these things!. If you do not want to attract attention you can go to the concession stand or you can flag one of the ushers down!.!.!.!. we try to make your experience the BEST it can be and I am truly sorry that these things happen in films and these people are not respectful to the other people who actually paid for the movie!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

You either say something, and forcefully!. Or get a manager and tell him what the problem is!. Hundreds of people will thank you!. :c)

Now is that before or after the previews!? The house lights are down, and the movie is starting!. The guy in front of you suddenly decides he needs to go through whatever extensive list is on his phone with the super-bright display!. :cO

I remember when the first Aliens came out and the first thing I saw before the start of the movie was when a young mother brought her baby in!. Yep, the baby couldn't have been more than several months old!. Or during a particularly tense scene you hear!. "Whaaaaaaaaa!" "Mommy, I want to see Little Mermaid," And it's just as bad as, "Oh look, that can't really happen why is he doing that!" (cell phones ring) "I don't know where the keys are I'll call you back !. !. !. you want what on the pizza!? !. !. !. they might be with the box of cake mix in the back !. !. I don't know how much it's going to cost !. !. !. !. "

Isn't going to the movies fun!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

I would say something to the usher or to someone at the food stand but I wouldn't say anything to the family themselves!. No telling how crazy someone is and that should be the job of the theater workers not a paying customer to say something to them!. Yes, say something to someone!. You payed a lot of money to see a movie and you should see it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I hate when that happens!. Expecially when they let the kid talk and cry during the movie and they just sit there and tell the kid to hush instead of taking them out of the room!. When I went and saw 'Get Rich or Die Trying' there were people who brought their 3 year olds to see it, its an R rated movie! I don't think kids should be allowed at the theaters unless its to see a child film because then most likly they are quiet during a cartoon film but if you take them to see an adult film that they dont understand then they get bored and start talking and running aroundWww@Enter-QA@Com

well i'd either tell the one child to sit down which i think even as a stranger you could do!. i wouldn't be mean though!.
this happened to me not at a movie but at a buffet restaurant!. the 2 year old was running all over the place when the father went to get food and the mother was trying to get the kid to sit but wasn't having any success so i was going crazy!. so i nicely but firmly said hi whats your name he told me and i said well your mommy told you to sit down and you need to listen to her!. please go sit back down and he did!. if you don't want to do that then i suggest walking out and asking an attendant to take care of the problem!. Www@Enter-QA@Com

Yes, I explained that I was trying to see the movie and their kids were being disruptive!. I finally got the manager to ask them to leave but they were given movies passed to come to another show!. Hey I pay good movie and it's hard to write my reviews if I can enjoy the movie!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

That drives me nuts!! However, at the theater I go to, the attendants are pretty good about coming in and making people behave!. They'll even throw out the heathen teenagers that are acting stupid by running in and out!.!.!.LOL!.!.!.of course, that doesn't help the crying from the smaller children!. Www@Enter-QA@Com

That's what movie theater managers are for - get up and let them know and have them deal with the problem; I have seen managers ask people to get their children under control or leave the theater!. Www@Enter-QA@Com

I know how annoying it can be!. OMG!.!.!.nothing's worst than a bunch of noisy kids ruining a movie you just paid £10 to see!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
