If you mean life under the Stasi (East German Secret Police) it was "The Lives Of Others" !.!.!. a German movie, that is quite brilliant!. It beat out "Pan's Labyrinth" to the Best Foreign Language Film Oscar, and until I checked the movie out I had been sad about that!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
