The movie featured a woman who glowed and if she touched you, well, you're dead!. It had gangsters in the movie as a backdrop!. The glowing woman was a messenger from another planet and after she killed about a ton of people they managed to kill her off!. Then they discovered a message saying she was an emissary and if anything happened to her the Earth would be destroyed!. I just want to see it once because my parents weren't thrilled that I was watching it late at night, so I had to act like I was doing somthing else or indifferent!. I wanna know what it is!.
